Casas com Histórias Association, with registered company number NIPC 514390581 and head office at Caminho da Igreja, 17, Curral das Freiras - Câmara de Lobos, is the entity responsible for collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

Casas com Histórias Association undertakes to process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act - Law 67/98, of 26 October, and other legislation in force in this area, such as Law 41/2004, of 18 August, as amended by Law 46/2012, of 29 August, on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of personal data.


1. Data collection purposes

Os restantes dados servem para a emissão de faturas-recibo, pelo que precisamos que nos autorize o seu envio à entidade subcontratada pela Associação Casas com Histórias para a prestação de serviços de contabilidade.


1.2. Mailing-list para informações

 

Your e-mail address is also added to our mailing list for sending information, and you can unsubscribe at any time by simply informing us of this by e-mail.

We therefore need your permission to use your data for this specific purpose.
 

1.3 Registration for activities

In order to register for any activity organized by the Casas com Histórias Association, you must authorize us to provide you with your information. In the case of a paid activity, we need your permission to use your information to send it to the entity subcontracted by Casas com Histórias Association to provide accounting services.

 

1.4. Photographs

During Casas com Histórias Association' initiatives, photographs of the spaces and participants are taken for publicity purposes or to illustrate reports and other association documents. We therefore need your authorization to use these images for this specific purpose.

2. Duration and storage of data

​

The data will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years after the end of its use.

3. Protection of personal data

​

Casas com Histórias Association does not share your data with third parties, with the exception of the entity subcontracted to provide accounting services. However, we are aware that no security system can guarantee absolute protection. We will be at your disposal for any questions or comments regarding the confidentiality and security of your personal data.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act - Law 67/98, of 26th October, and the other legislation in force in this matter, such as Law 41/2004, of 18th August, as amended by Law 46/2012, of 29th August, on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of personal data, you have the right to:

  • Access and correct your personal data;

  • Limit the processing of your personal data in the following cases: where it is necessary to contest its accuracy; where the processing is unlawful; in the event of disagreement about the legitimacy of the processing and until verification of the reasons for it; where the controller no longer needs the data for the purposes of processing, but they are required by the data subject for declaring?, exercise or defence of a right in a legal claim;

  • The right to object to the processing of your personal data;

  • The right to withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data. Please be advised that if you decide to withdraw your consent, the processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful;

  • The "right to be forgotten" and the right to definitively delete your personal data;

  • The right to data portability and to receive a copy of your processed data

  • The right to be informed in case of automated decision making, including profiling (não tenho a certeza), the logic behind such a system, as well as the relevance and consequences of its processing for the data subject

  • The right to be informed in case of a breach of your personal data;

  •  the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.
